I bought a bottle of the Macadamia Nut liqueur, a bottle of Lady Godiva White Chocolate liqueur, and a bottle of Cake Flavored vodka, to make a "Macadamia Cookie martini". It was quite good, but really rich.

Yeah I don't know about that. But I bet the wife would drink the shite out of it

For any Four Roses fans, master distiller, Brent Elliott will be in Jackson, MS on March 23. He will be at Wine & Spirits in the Quarter during the afternoon from 4-6 signing bottles. Then, that evening at 6:30, he'll be leading a tasting of all the recipes at Table 100.

I'm sure I'll be there and hope to see some of y'all out there!

So I recently did the Kentucky Bourbon Trail and made it back with serious loot. I will probably post the reviews of each bottle over the coming months/years. Anyone have any experience with these bottles? No need to address the BT or 4R Small Batch; I picked them up at Rouses purely to quash the temptation to tear into the good stuff upon getting home.

Buffalo Trace
Four Roses Small Batch
Four Roses Single Barrel Private Selection OESF
Woodford Reserve Double Double Oak
Maker's Mark Private Select
Jefferson's Reserve Groth Cask Finish
Blanton's Straight From the Barrel

Bonus Moonshine Madness:

Maker's Mark White
Buffalo Trace White Dog

I mention these only because I feel like I am the only person on earth who actually enjoys them.

dash of orange liquor ( I used Serrano Blood Orange)

If you are talking about Solerno I love that stuff.

I use it in my Mai Tais instead of orange curacao.
