It's pretty freaking delicious. Biggest difference between the NCF and others is how weighty it is on the palate. Flavor profile is excellent, but overall I prefer the L&K.

It's good. Very sweet, great nose. Pretty hot, tons of vanilla. Almost like a rum flavor. It's good but I prefer the NEWS and LK.

High proof is usually the low rye profile on saos, which is my favorite. Once the get to 9 yrs I haven't noticed a big difference from 9-11.
