That's good, and since the both of them are still coaching, third best is good right!? Why have first when you could have third. Your right. We should settle.

Can't fix stupid.
I guess we should go ahead and exercise our Nick Saban must return to Baton Rouge option. I'm glad we wrote that into the deal with the devil. I'm willing to offer up the soul of ELT's first born child as the required payment for exercising the option.

The demand for perfection is what separates you from the rest. You will fail many times. You try different strategies, you can't stop because of your desire to achieve perfection. You lose sleep. You lose your appetite. You have no desire to involve in your personal life. You will become discouraged, but stay hungry.
When you feel like you have enough to achieve it, you fail.
In the end, that makes you unique. Your awareness is excellent, your attention to detail is excellent. Your method of approach is producing results, others around you feed off of you. You may fail many times, but once you achieve the grand prize, your odds to fail moving forward become unlikely. You know what it takes, and the road ahead of you is now clear.
You are considered a loser every time you are not first.
This is not insanity. Insanity is doing the same things over and over and over, expecting different results.
This is the pursuit of perfection.
The question is which one of these applies to Les Miles?

Per capita is the key...
1. La
2. SC.
3. Miss

It's all that's needed. That kind of thinking is a result of vicarious living. You haven't succeeded in anything, so you need to attach yourself to something successful in order to feel fulfilled. This is an unnatural way of thinking and one that is doomed to sadness. Miles thriving for perfection is something entirely different than you expecting it with no way of positively affecting that outcome.

Jimbo
Dabo hasn't even sniffed a NC game and Jimbo lucked out that he didn't have to face Bama after the Auburn's back to back miracles knocked the Tide out in 2013.

Hugh Freeze holds Saban's nuts in a jar so would you trade Les for Freeze right now?
I sure as hell would. He also beat Miles if I remember correctly. Ole Miss isn't close to LSU's talent and they beat em. Why did they beat em, sure turnovers helped, but Ole Miss still had to capitalize off those turnovers and Freeze had the game plan to do. Make the big bastards on Bama defense run side to side until they break and they did.

Remember when Les' team was ranked higher and had less losses than Jimbo? Remembering now is like dividing by zero.

So I guess that Miles had no luck with 2 losses and having 5 teams that were ahead of them loose to get into the national title?
