Is there any more of a PITA tree than a river birch?

This fricking tree in front of my house is driving me nuts. It drops twigs 24/7/365. Every mother fricking day of the year, there are more twigs in my yard. Now, these seeds from the catkins are fricking everywhere. I mean, they're covering my walkway, truck, patio, house, porch, inside my house, all over my pants and boots, and they constantly fall on my head. I'm bout to run this bitch over with my truck and hit it with one of those fancy axes.
What other kind of tree should I plant when I get this sorry piece of shite out of here? Probably max out about 30-40ft. I don't want shite falling from it 24/7. I have two houses worth of gas/sewer/water pipes within 20ft of where the tree will be. This is also in Metairie
Eta:
Cypress = too much
Pine tree = too much
Water oak = not too much
Guide me brahs

Golden Rain Tree will be the next one I plant, as soon as I get rid of a magnolia tree that hasnt grown in 5 years.

The queerest tree on the planet. When I bought my place one of the neater things about it was the driveway. 65 or so big River Birch trees lining both sides of it. Fast forward 8 years and I now have about 40. The others died from what I assume is gay tree aids. Every year I lose a few more. Then ones that are able to fend of gay tree aids rain twigs and limbs in the slightest hint of a breeze. They make a 15 MPH gust seem like a F5 finger of God tornado. frick em, frick em all.

Already have a crepe myrtle on the other side of the walkway. Thankfully, it is 1,000,000 times better than this river birch about dropping stuff. I want a taller tree to replace the river birch because that part of the yard is larger

I like my river birch. However it is in backyard and away from house. It did its job by soaking up the low lying wet spot I had.

Had to clean up a pecan orchard maybe 20 acres or so after a mild tropical storm
Holy shite. Luckily I had a bobcat for a portion of that time.

I have 2 huge pecan trees in my backyard
every time the wind blows I have a million fricking limbs all over my yard
not to mention that everyone expects you to give them 5 gallons of pecans every fall and then complain when they are not shelled

River Birch trees are the godamn devil. For the most part, if i'm going to go through the trouble of digging a hole and planting a tree, I am going to get something out of it. So I would suggest a fruit tree. Peach, Pear, Plumb, Apple and citrus trees all grow down here, why not put something like that in?
