I think it goes in and out of having a Michelin Star.

I'd go for a really top notch Barbeque, Tex-Mex (yeah, I know 'top notch' on this could be an oxymoron - I'll just take good), or Chinese (i.e., one where I don't need to rely on a wink and nod 'secret menu') in New Orleans.

Franklin BBQ to Portland. We have most of the other genres covered.

A good cajun restaurant would work for me, too.

Good catch, looks like they are starred now.

I'll change my pick.

Good call on Frontera Grill, I was thinking that too.

ETA:
I'll go with Perbacco of San Fran. I have been to this one(may have a review), it's has a similar upscale rustic Italian theme.

See, the last time I looked, which was maybe 3-4 years ago, it had lost it, but I know it had had one at times prior to that. Shows how silly that thing can be.

Would I be the owner of this restaurant? Or just to eat at?

If owning I would bring In and Out to BR and will watch the money pile up.

Just eating at: NOBU or Pink Taco

You and me both. I don't know what it is to me but I love that place. Sitting out on the porch by the pool people watching might have something to do with it too. Hahah.
