Legs twitching at night

Does anyone have the problem where your legs twitch at night like restless legs. And I'm not talking about where its a light kick but a hard twitch. This happens all the time when I'm trying to sleep, and the only thing that helps is having to go take a bath. Its aggravating as sh*t

Welcome to the wonderful world of RLS bro.

I get it when I don't work out regularly. I think it's due to low blood circulation to the legs.
Or mine might be completely different. I just get the urge to run around the neighborhood and do flying leg sweeps.

Jimmy Legs. Can happen in the arms too. I know Frank and Estelle had to resort to sleeping in twin beds because of her jimmy arms. Might look into that.

Ask your doc about Requip or Neurontin. Common scripts for RLS and PLMS.

Your nerve endings have a loose connection. Just tighten them up.

I have RTLS (Restless Third Leg Syndrome).

These are all things I thought they might be.....besides Aids . But yes the wife sometimes goes to sleep in another room because it shakes the whole bed. I work out usually five days a week so I figured this might be part of the problem. All I drink is water and milk so IDK about dehydration. And I thought it might have something to do with blood circulation, since taking a bath helps which is probably due to the hot water helping with blood flow and circulation.

you're gonna call my bullshite, but....
My grandmother once told me the "Old Wives Cure" for that. I have no reason to lie to you. She said put a bar of Ivory soap at the foot of your bed near your feet and your RLS will stop.
I don't have RLS and have never tried this, but for 50 cents I figure it's worth a shot.

Its called "restless legs syndrome", they have medicine for it. Sounds ridiculous but if its keeping you up you should see a doctor about it.
I used to have it bad but now that I think about it, it hasn't been a problem since I've started sleeping with a CPAP.

You can drink nothing but water and still die from dehydration of you don't drink enough of it

I had bad RLS for a while. Turned out it was my blood pressure medication that was causing it. Are you on any medication?

a little magnesium citrate will help. You should be able to find it any Vitamin Shoppe. Be careful about the dose, though. Too much can potentially have a mild laxactive impact.

I tried this about 6 months ago and it worked. No clue how or why though. Just make sure you put a bar in each corner at the foot of the bed.
