I think you have it backwards (and I conflated them) - "million little fibers" was a spoof of James Frey (with Towelie exposed as the fraud), and Oprah's anus and vagina take her hostage, sort of like Dog Day Afternoon.

i hate the episode where it is literally all terrance and phillip . its in one of the earlier seasons but it just pissed me off

The Paris Hilton episode is off the top of my head the worst

Good call on Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut Part 2...that was an awful episode. To be fair, it was supposed to be (for April Fools), but still. It sucked arse.
Good call also on the queefing sisters one, that shite was terrible too.
I forgot how much I hated the first Towelie episode, but I've grown to like him okay over the years. That first one was bad though.
I wasn't a big fan of Fun Times With Weapons the first time I saw it. I hate Anime though. It wasn't all time worst bad, but I didn't like it too much.
