Exactly. What's the point of going through the trouble of all this if you're just going to fake it? Besides, you can take a picture of tequila being poured (carefully).

I think I'll probably make it a rule that one of the pictures must be of you incorporating tequila into the dish in some way.

We can't determine what each dish tastes like either. I will try to include a pour shot of the tequila?

Seriously, if you are of the mindset to lie about putting an ingredient in your dish then you can easily fake this.
"As you can see, I'm pouring my tequila into the bowl with the other ingredients". And then just dump it down the drain and make your tequila-free item. "mmmm mmmm, that tequila dish was the best ever and I never would have guessed it!".

I agree, this is an honor system. But I still want to see a pic of you incorporating the tequila. You get 6 pics so its not a big deal.

I agree, not a big deal. I'm just saying yet another rule isn't going to stop someone from cheating.

I'm aware. This is a fun thing. They can cheat all they want.

True, but nobody has to eat it, so why not just leave it in. Unless you plan on serving it for family dinner or something

I should say that you can submit any kind of recipe and what you did, but without pictures, you won't be able to be judged.

So the guy that decided a shot would be his user name doesn't like the idea of using tequila?

Tequila is used a lot in mexican cuisine I thought everyone knew that.

Chicken livers are too limited. You can either make a mousse or fry them. Livers, Goat cheese and chipotle are too overpowering and tequila will just get lost. I would be scared to taste the entries
