I bought my daughter the same gun and put a Holosun on it. It wasn’t a very expensive one, maybe $125, but it’s a great little setup for her
Good thing we don’t have phases in west Feliciana.
I have a 4 burner black stone about 12 feet away and under my outside roof. Use every 2 weeks and I have minor rust spots

I did the one on here with chorizo, peppermints, etc. I think I ended up winning. It was fun

The Francis Smokehouse in St Francisville
No, but I'm soon to be a resident. From Assumption Parish. Been stirring a pot, hunting, and fishing since I could walk. Cooking always came natural to me.
I do. Getting a wall slammer and cutting fresh fries has crossed my mind numerous times, but the thought of prepping another product may drive me crazy. When people ask I tell them we make everything in house, everything! From the bbq, stuffed or seasoned meats, boudin, all our sausages, bbq sides, bbq rub, desserts, etc. If I had another hour in the day I would make fries.
Thanks. It took a lot of tries to tweek the boudon recipe, but we have been told they are the best.
Thanks guys and gals. Come stop by and say hi when you pass through.
Yeah, i know the cat you are talking about. He was a manager at the other smokehouse
Only on specials, nice one though
Good deal. We appreciate your business.
I haven't been on the f&db in a while, but wanted to invite everyone to my smokehouse. We opened up back in December and we are still getting structured and organized while we remain producing awesome bbq and other meats. We are located at 6779 US Hwy 61 in St. Francisville. I have been cooking since I could walk and still learn new things everyday from this board. Also, check out our Facebook page, The Francis Smokehouse and Specialty Meats, as we post pictures of our daily specials. Cheers
