January Chopped Challenge: DEADLINE Extended Wednesday 3pm

The ingredients are (as picked by our champion, B&T Coonhound):
Chipotle Chilis
Chicken Livers
Tequila
Goat Cheese
(with the chilis, if you cannot find or get chipotle for some reason, there is some room for fudging).
You know the rules, you must incorporate each ingredient in some way, and can use anything else from your pantry to complete your dish. It must be a cohesive dish.
The deadline is JANUARY 28th at 3pm. Please send your submission, FULLY FORMATTED, to .
You can use up to 6 pictures. One of them must be of you incorporating the tequila into your dish (since we can't see that in the finished results).
You can send your submission any time up until the deadline. I will post results that day and will leave the voting open for 48 hours.

I have no ideas for my dish. Tried to choose a protein, alcohol, veggie, and dairy.

Yeah this was discussed the first go 'round. Refraining from posting specific ideas and recipes as to not cheapen the competition.

If you want to discuss the challenges of certain ingredients, where you can get them, similar substitutes, how to work with a certain ingredient, etc,
That would be beneficial I'm sure.
I've never worked with chicken livers, and I've never attempted to cook with alcohol beyond cooking red wine and the like.

I would like to believe we all work off of the honor system in this fun little game. The same could be said of the sriracha and the Russian Imperial Stout for that matter. Hell, you could have "said" you used chorizo for that matter and used something else.
Sure, any one of us could lie about that, but why even play if you're going to do that?
