Some of these make sense, some are plain stupid.
1. NBA: Declare That Any Defensive Contact Made Without An Effort To Contest A Shot Is A Foul
2. MLB: Universalize The Designated Hitter
3. NFL: Make Pass Interference A 15-Yard Penalty
4. NHL: Implement “Hybrid Icing”
5. NCAA Football: Create An Eight-Team Playoff Format
6. NBA: No More Advancing The Ball To Half-Court After A Timeout
7. MLB: Allow Managers To Challenge Plays
8. NFL: Always Give The Home Team The Ball First In Overtime
9. NHL: Eliminate Delay Of Game On Pucks Sent Out Of The Defensive Zone

This is the most intriguing suggestion. I've always been in favor of lowing the foul limit to 5 in the NBA.

Im ok with this, and an automatic 1st down.
I also hate pass interference in the end zone puts the ball on the 1 yardline. Ruins a fantasy football game like nobody's business.

Can someone explain to me the origin or reason behind the rule in baseball where if the catcher doesn't catch the 3rd strike, the batter can try to reach first base?

14. Decrease the shot clock in NCAA Men's Basketball from 35 to 30 seconds - increase foul disqualification to 6 fouls from 5 fouls

2. Hell no. If anything the DH needs to be removed from baseball not added to the NL.
3. No. Hell no. Spot fouls help maintain that if it would be a very very big gain that is interfered that it is not better to just take the penalty. This is a problem in college and the NCAA needs to change there rule to be more in line with the NFL.

genius. this is one of the dumbest things in sports. a time out shouldn't give you an advantage like that, especially late in the game. it eliminates the full court press.

I understand what they want to happen, but no.
The only way it would work is if there was a separate penalty for intentionally pulling a guy down, but that would be a judgement call and lead to a giant shite show
