The best fried fish on the planet beside a speckled trout. And they're neck and neck.

Excellent light flesh wonderful taste. Maybe best freshwater fish there is although I love the sweetness of bream.

I eat it as often as I'm lucky enough to get it. It's wonderful. Perch, bass, bream...love them all.

One of the best-tasting fish to fry, but they aren't very thick like catfish. Use a lighter batter and don't fry too long.

I don't eat nothin that requires me to avoid tiny bones.

I don't think that I've ever had White Perch. We used to fish for Lake Perch in Northern MN, WI which was awesome tasting, but the yield was very small.

BOGO at winn-dixie on them so I got two bags in my freezer. Planning on looking up some recipes and cooking them friday.
