I think that Jarrett Fobbs is going to have a nice impact next season

the guy is really humble
but Im saying this because he had a great Spring last year, he'll definitely have an impact IMO

i hope you're right. now would be a good time to step up to the plate and he seems to be a nice guy. i like to see nice guys do good.

We picked up quite a few WR sleepers...him and Armand Williams I think will step up...including K Boone. Those who think Miles doesn't want to throw it are idiots. If he has someone who can do it he will blow it up. Run just sets dominance like Alpha male and I think he likes that too.

He had a horrible fall camp. All reports I read said he drooped everything thrown to him.

Boone decided to stay. As for Fobbs, I remember LSU originally wanted him as a CB, but he wanted to play WR. When LSU changed its tune, he switched his commitment from A&M to LSU.
I'm not sure if he's developing at WR. If not, I wonder if he has any potential of moving to CB, where the staff originally wanted him.

I'm not one to immediately say a freshman can come in and play a lot but this is the best year for it if ever. Fobbs and Williams have trouble catching and it shows in warmup drills before games. Neither have shown they can play at this level and they have been working on the 3rd team with Mett all year. Maybe more reps will help them this year but Im not optimistic about it.
