I hope charges are filed IF JJ did anything. Let mettenberger play and I doubt we miss a beat. JJ isn't good enough to get the job done anyway. The only reason him getting the boot is a big deal is bc the season is in like 2 weeks. I think mett and lee could get the job done.

Getting in trouble and getting convicted of a felony are two very different things. Something obviously happened in that parking lot and there will most likely be consequences. But unless one of the bouncers happened to be right next to the guys car when it all went down they're not gonna shed any more light on this than any of the "witnesses."

It just makes the most sense. Let's start hooting and hollering that the LSU football team beat us up (even though no one rode in an ambulance or sustained serious injuries). We'll stir this pot until we get something from LSU..... free tickets, money, whatever.....
I've seen it happen in a very similar situation many times before. Not here at LSU nor any school, but a place were people just raised so much hell that just to shut them up, were comped with a lot of nice things.
