ATL Airport Rental Car employees working the post-evening arrivals when there’s been weather delays are the worst.

But also, probably at least 7 out of my last 10 rental cars have reeked of weed. So that part is at least realistic
A month ago at the Jacksonville airport we were handed keys and sent out to the parking garage only to have zero attendants there to push the button to let us out of the garage. We went back into the rental desk to complain, nobody showed up.. waited 40 minutes before hubby broke into the kiosk to open the gate. THEN someone came out and had a beef with us. I was ready to start pulling weaves.

I give this lady a pass on this one. Flying today sux, flying with kids into Atlanta really sux. Tons of induced stress. Add to that an incompetent stoned rental car employee that isn't doing his job and is avoiding customer service. I sorta think she is justified.

I've rented from Avis at Hartsfield and they'd given me a car with a crack all across the windshield. I didn't act like that & they gave me another car.
