Probably not that many but some for sure. Probably half of them are Italian in background. A lot of Northern Italians immigrated there in the early 1900's along with some Germans. Also a surprisingly high number of French and Lebanese/Syrian types to go along with the Spanish.

Excellent point! We do not carry guilt from past generations.
I’ll make this point, too: that these “all-American” Argentinians are very representative of the groups that are illegally immigrating to America which this board wisely reviles so much - that picture of their girls team notwithstanding.

This post reminds me of my years attending all-boys schools. The one female teacher who hadn’t yet gone through menopause was always seen as “hot”, almost regardless of her appearance vs the general population.

No, but they are a lot more similar to one another than Argentina is to America.
Argentina is a Latin American culture. It has had moments of decent government, but it has been mostly a basket case.
