Lol. Argentina is like two procurement cycles away from actually being competent and even then, there is no guarantee. The same problems that you tards accuse of Europe is actually true of Argentina. Years of underfunding, failed procurement, and almost no attention paid to the military in Argentine society makes it a much more complicated problem than simply 'arming' them.

In WW1 and WW II millions of first and second generation Germans wore American uniforms and fought and died for the USA. Loyalty is the only question not how long in country.
Are you questioning the integrity of German Americans or Argentinians?

Question, is Lula threatening to invade?

And then to say because of this stretch, we should pay to arm them is a ridiculous take.
Not worried. The girls were purty.

No. Brazil actually has a burgeoning defense sector (which could, with the right investment, could eventually compete with the likes of Turkey and South Korea) and the Brazilians and the Argentinians have worked together on several projects. They are also on the same side with regards to the Falklands, but even then, Argentina doesn't really seem to possess the capability to project power that far, and I don't think the Brazilians would go so far as to ally directly in such a potential situation.
The truth is that Argentina has no pressing international security issues, or rather, security issues which require them to actually take procurement seriously.

Sounds like it. May as well just say anybody of German ancestry is a Nazi, which is what he's basically doing for the Argentine's of German ancestry.

I've been doing some research on Argentina as apparently it is affordable enough to retire in my 40's if I am willing to go there and open a business like a winery or olive oil bottler. Something I learned was that Argentina made a concerted effort in the 1800's to attract European immigrants. So while Germans did move there after WW2 there was already a significant population of Europeans living there and influencing the culture. Mendoza is their wine country most similar to our Napa valley and aside from it being 5000 miles from family I could likely live out the rest of my life with what I have saved if I were able to produce a bit of income there.

And then you could always visit Bariloche anytime. The "Switzerland of South America."

So are the Mexicans also our brothers?

America actually got more Nazis from Germany than Argentina did. Most German Argentinians have family that has been in the country since before WW2 (just like here in America)

The average Argentinian is Spanish and Italian, and maybe a small bit German or French.

You could find a group of white people to take a picture like this in every single Latin American country.

Argentina was absolutely very good country in the first half of the 20th century. It rivalled America. Then they let in a bunch of German and Italian socialists, and with their harebrained ideas from Europe, they destroyed the economy.

The funny thing is back when Israel was being conceived of, there was actually an idea/conspiracy that they were going to give the Jews land in Argentina to start the Zionist project there. A lot of Argentinians believed this.
I haven’t thought about this in years but it seems like Milei might be making this happen?

Yep. The German population (along with Italians and Spaniards) was already very much established before WW2/Nazism. Nazi immigration makes up an extreme minority of German immigration. It's not even on the radar, really.
Also, this beauty has German ancestry and actually had family in Wehrmacht. Shall we punish her?:

Why is the UK not our friend? Because they don’t want to send their sons to die in a war for Israel?
Or is there an actual reason?
