I think a lot of this nba viewer info is made up, although I believe this one. Gambling has boosted the NBA and the WNBA. The only real time to watch the NBA is the early playoff rounds.
I will add that I know absolutely no one that watches the nba, ever. I have it on the second tv, if it's on at all.

When those regional carriers implode and teams don't get local broadcast revenue, then what? How much of each teams' total revenue is from these local carriers?

I've actually been watching some of these Amazon prime games because the picture quality and overall is so much better than everything else.

Definitely can’t speak for anyone else, but it’s been 2 seasons since I’ve watched an NBA game. I don’t feel like I’m missing anything, but I’m also a recovering Pelicans fan. I may feel differently if I was a fan of a good team.

Haven't watched since Shaq left the league. I loved the NBA growing up in the 80' s and 90's BTW
