Interesting way to get some protein

Hey guys I was on here a couple weeks ago asking some questions about protein and caloric intake and how much is too much at one time. I have discovered an interesting way to get in some protein that I really like. If you have ever had a dirty soda it is a take on that or a melted coke float if you don’t know what a dirty soda is. I fill up an extra large cup/glass with ice and about 2/3 Coke Zero. Then I make up a 1 scoop protein shake and top the Coke Zero with it. Pretty good and breaks up the boring shake after shake. I use chocolate protein isolate but vanilla would probably be even better as dirty sodas usually use heavy cream or coconut cream.

I can drink70+g of protein in about 60 seconds. I don't process "boring shake." I just do it and forget about it.

This. I dont understand sipping on a protein shake after a workout. You chug it and move on with your life. It's not for the taste

I used to take a diet Barq's and add vanilla protein powder to it. It tasted kind of like a rootbeer float.

I take a scoop of whey protein isolate, 1 cup of chobani vanilla greek yogurt, add blueberries and sliced banana. That’s my post workout snack. ETA: That’s roughly 50-60 g of protein.

Stir that shite like you have roid rage
Put in fridge a couple of hours to get cold and thicken
Greatness. It's essentially a badass chocolate pudding.

two scoops cocoa pebble powder and water. better than 90% of other protein shake concotions ive had.
