The more you hear Ketanji Brown Jackson talk, the more you realize why Democrats think women are too dumb to get voter id.

Is she trying to make a “subject to the jurisdiction there of” argument?

Sometimes I feel stupid when i don't understand what someone is trying to say. This is not of those instances.

She decides how she wants to rule, and then twists logic and words to get there. Backwards. Not surprised.

I do not think that word means what you think it means.

I bet the liberal judges take Trump’s side just so they have the chance to take more shots at how retarded Ketanji is

Wow! Just wow!
As Kennedy says, she's the reason there are directions on a shampoo bottle.

It would be far easier for everyone involved if she just told people this is what I want the law to say so this is what I am going to rule on this case.

It’s not about the law, it’s about using the law to advance her political agenda.

She just spews words. Sometimes they are related to each other but seldom come together and form the errant coherent thought.

I would dread being her significant other and asking "What are you hungry for tonight?" She may be unable to define food, or what a restaurant is.

To be fair, her usage of “allegiance” is much closer to the meaning of “subject to the jurisdiction” than Tboy.

I don’t think anyone is surprised that KJB is smarter than Tboy.

The only thing her example proves is the theory that crime is inbred in a certain segment regardless whether they choose to act on it

The three Republicans who voted to confirm and put her over the top:

Susan Collins (Maine)

Lisa Murkowski (Alaska)

Mitt Romney (Utah)

I can’t imagine the secondhand shame and embarrassment of sharing a bench with her.

The grifter accounts keep taking this clip out of context, but she's correct in the way it was argued today. She's framing the government's argument that you can't be "allegiant" to a country that you aren't a citizen of, but you're still subject to their jurisdiction.

Yeah, i think so.
So a person here on visa or here illegally is still subject to the jurisdiction of the US because they can be arrested by US authorities. I am pretty sure that is her point.
