That's exactly right, her opening statement in her dissent in the Colorado case was "There is no right to practice medicine which is not subordinate to the police powers of the state" which goes against absolutely every stance shes ever taken. "The government shouldn't interfere with women's health care" she said Tennessees law against child castration would do untold harm to the children and their parents. These motherfrickers have no principles

She's dumber than sfp. And he's just a pretend lawyer, this freak is on the SC.

Delicious irony - the DEI black female justice uses an analogy in which she steals something.
quote:
: “If I steal someone’s wallet in Japan, the Japanese authorities can arrest me and prosecute me. It’s allegiance meaning can they control you as a matter of law.”

Wow. But remember, now. Her "How would I know what a woman is? I'm not a biologist" remark was ingenious according to at least one poster here. We were simply too dumb to understand it.
This woman isn't even qualified to be an Assistant Manager at Walmart. What an idiot.

She decides how she wants to rule, and then twists logic and words to get there. Backwards. Not surprised.
KBJ is a real dummy, but she does understand one thing. She knows why she was put on the Supreme Court, and which way she's supposed to vote.
This brain-dead bimbo being on the Supreme Court is probably the single most shameful thing that the people running the Brandon Administration did in 4 years.

There's a reason she speaks more than any other justice, by a long shot....and its not because of wisdom.

Here is a criminal being deported from Japan.
He's crying like a baby.

To be fair, her usage of “allegiance” is much closer to the meaning of “subject to the jurisdiction” than Tboy. I don’t think anyone is surprised that KJB is smarter than Tboy.
I really get a kick out of him attempting to make “educated” arguments and comes up very short.

I hate to break it to you, but this is actually 90+% of constitutional law and most law in general in practice.

Potato said it would be a black woman, but is this really the best he could find? Surely there had to be better candidates who met the minimum requirements.

It's that Critical Race Theory mindset. No one gets it, other then them.
