It’s not.
I’m glad Trump had a few friends make some money during all of this. We are done taking the high road as Republicans. It’s time to get dirty.

How is it a mystery? Who says it isn’t being investigated? It would still be a risky gamble to think negotiations would immediately drop the price. The safe bet would be when the attack happened putting money in as even simple minds went to fill up their tank because they knew the price would go up.
