Not if prosecutors refuse to charge.

I bought one of those classified microwave weapons from a buddy in the Army and installed it on the front of my pickup truck. Who needs bear spray when you can use the microwave.

Now if the dumb voters by n GA stop voting democrat, they have no chance at gaining majority in the midterms.

It’s misguided to increase penalties for blocking the road. They should be working on making it legal to clear the road.

Buddy tells me his wife got him a crazy gift for his truck. We go to his truck and he gets in. I am just standing there without a clue.
Then a friggin' train horn goes off. I damn near had a heart attack. Anyhow, sound could certainly be used to cause real problems, especially at certain frequencies.

Good, but... Isn't this *already* illegal? You can protest, but if you interfere with my free movement in public, you have violated my rights, and that's already a violation.
Just enforce the laws!

What does "COULD increase penalty mean? Why doesn't it say quadruples already high penalty?

Not yet. A 'proposed' bill 'could ...could ' increase penalties?
Need something more concrete than this to start celebrating.

Isn't it already illegal to forcibly block roads?

That’s all fine and good, but I want to see absolute immunity for running over protesters, both from criminal prosecution and from civil liability.

They should go before the review panel that was set up not long ago.
