What sort of weird privacy laws do they have in China that they have to blur out everyone's face on such clips?

This is EXACTLY how it always starts in the movies. The machines do cute things and/or break down and everyone laughs. Then the thing rips someones arm off and the laughs turn to screams while the machines all go HAM at once.

I’ve been getting into geo-locating games and learned there are no google street views in China - not allowed.
