Well. Easier in the aspect as you know more that you did when the first kid was born. But harder in the aspect of you and your spouse are never getting away along again until the kids move out. You can find a grandparent to keep one kid for the weekend. But a five year old and a one year old....

Reseeding Bermuda

For you Bermuda grass gurus out there. My Bermuda grass is about two years old now. Growing well in the front yard but not as full in the back. What is your opinion of dropping more grass seed as this seems to be the time of the year to do it. And will I need to water everyday? TIA ...
Buying any riding mower boils down to one thing over the long hall, maintenance. If you DIY, can you get the parts you need and how easy is it to maintain? If you like service how reliable is a dealer you can access? Once you spec it out, any zero turn can cut grass. But keeping them running is ...

Then spread bermuda seeds. Or if money is no option put down sod. Next you will need to learn how to ...

Same thing happened to me a few years back. No water lines in that area and there have been no repercussions since. See from Google: Can cold weather cause tile to crack? As the ground freezes and thaws, moisture levels change, which causes subfloors and tiles to expand, contract and, in som...

Rules of engagement buying a new vehicle

It has been over 10 years since I bought a vehicle from a dealership. Back then there was plenty to choose from and you could find the same vehicle in multiple places. That made it easier for buyers as the dealer had to work to get your business. Fast forward to 2023. Shortages still abound. It s...
