Paternity tests without wife’s permission banned in France

If tweet fails to load, click here. Glad and thankful the women of Iran are being freed from oppression. On the other end of the scale however, it seems women’s liberation has gone way too far and is destroying families and society in a different way.
There needs to be some societal / economic disincentive to divorce to help keep families together. A lot of freedoms have been a good thing, but in the 50’s there was a negative stigma surrounding divorce, now it seems almost encouraged.
I’ve been lucky, but can still observe the negative effects on our society.

Pay the fine. Well worth it
I know why the government doesn’t do it but it should be a mandatory paternity test before any man can sign as a child’s father on a birth certificate.

This gives women legal grounds to be even bigger whores than they have been without consequences & men just have to take it & be screwed over monetarily.

It seems there is a built in hack: Ask the wife for permission for a paternity test. If she says no, there is your answer.

Yeah, I had assumed that. It’s just the entire decline of the institution of marriage that is unbelievable. Doesn’t bode well.

Well said. Also, you could get a paternity test and not tell unless it comes back negative. Then pay the fine but not the child support.
