If he didn’t give up the granny, we win

He gave up a granny to a guy hitting .179

Having 3 hits and 4 runs against these pitchers had nothing to do with the loss right?

Noot didn't choose to put himself in the game.

We once had this pitcher Ben McDonald. In the 1987 College World Series vs Stanford, he was brought in as a reliever by Skip in the bottom of the 10th to close it out. LSU had a 5-2 lead with 2 outs and the bases loaded. A freshman, Paul Carey came to bat and hit grand slam.....what a slouch McDonald was....../s

My point is any player is capable of hitting a home run. It doesn't mean the pitcher is bad. The batter can put a good swing on a great pitch. It happens.

That's baseball. The 150 lb guy that never hits a homer, does it against us.

92mph center cut fastball lol

There was a game late last year where Noot was up to 97. Noot is just always so hittable unless he can run it up there

Exactly. Why not go with Guidry there? That decision probably ultimately lost the game.

The batter put a good swing on a bad pitch. Noot missed his spot and left a meatball fastball over the heart of the plate. Made a mistake and they crushed it.

pitching including Noot gave up 6 hits, yes one of those was a grand slam

LSU had THREE hits

the starting 9 batters had 2 hits, then there was hit by a PH late in the game

you are not beating many teams with only 3 hits

Don’t know why you got a downvote. This is 100% correct. His fastball has 0 swing and miss to it.

I agree minus Northeastern.

Yesterday was easily on the hittting. Idgaf how much of a mmeatball Noot threw. If we put up any offense before that point, then that situation doesn’t feel nearly as tense

Because we had 3 hits. 3 hits. 5 runs should be plenty enough to win against Sac St. it got downvoted because it’s dumb
