He is doing his job very well. He doesn't answer to us unfortunately. We don't have representation.

Same handlers as Turtle McConnell, who is still standing in a catatonic daze at the lectern as I type.

It's just uniparty crap.

The only real positives from Trump is securing the border and better taxes.

The GOP congress loves Biden's border policy but they are basically helpless if the President wants to enforce existing border policy laws. They are also okay with Trump on taxes.

What's goin to be interesting is if AI changes the GOP and even Dem policy on immigration. Right now immigration helps U.S. Chamber of Commerce members with cheap labor. If AI is able replace cheap labor as Elon and Sam Altman suggest it will, immigration may be an issue the U.S. Chamber of Commerce does not lobby so hard for.

He plays on the same team with Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, etc. He's just trying to "wait out" President Trump and hope that a Bush-style GOP crony or even a Democrat will win the Presidency in 2028 instead of genuine MAGA 2.0 candidate.

That will never happen as long as the can hire people for less and work them harder and longer than Americans.

I’d normally agree 100% with as few bills as possible but when you need doge cuts and the like we need more this time.

You folks need to FINALLY face the fact that the R Party Congressmen are not aligned with the wishes of the people voting Republican. They are 100% owned by special interests and foreign interests, and they hate you and what you stand for.

Not necessarily bad but it would be nice if they could eliminate USAID funding and the fraud that Doge found.

This. The republican party (Washington Generals) is dead. They don't represent you.

So how fortunate for us. Just when we have a President that is looking out for us, the Congress declines to act on his agenda. If these changes are not codified, we are screwed.

Yeah, the focus should be on quality of legislation, not quantity.

When a president has signed over 240 Executive Orders in just over a year of his term......yes, it is a bad thing.

The passive-aggressive establishment GOP RINOS have always had the same goal as the radical Dems:

Ridding themselves of DJT and once that is accomplished they will have rid themselves of MAGA as well.

As much as I detest the radical Marxist Dems, I hold even more contempt for the two-faced establishment GOP types who will put on a friendly front while slow rolling and trying to run out the clock on DJT.
