Nah.

Every time people go into the voting booth and pull the lever for the incumbent during primaries (or every time they refuse to get off the couch to go pull a level in the primaries), it's another breath of life for both parties.

It's like clapping for Tinkerbell in a kid's showing of Peter Pan.

Every time we collectively do that we encourage them to be more shiftless, less responsible, more corrupt, less competent, and bolder about it all.

The system is working perfectly. We are getting exactly the government we deserve and have repeatedly voted for.

Both parties are alive and very well. Never better, actually, in this age of tribal populism.

What a stupid talking point

John Thune is not responsible for the GOP only having 53 senators, with almost all legislation of any consequence requiring 60 votes to get through.

Wasn’t the point of the BBB to consolidate everything into one bill?
One could say these stats suggest greater efficiency. But people need a reason to complain I guess.

That is certainly an opinion of yet another monstrosity of an omnibus bill.

This is why republicans will lose the house and maybe the senate in November.

Cheating has a lot to do with it. Or…putting their foot on the scale.

They control who gets to run in certain districts in the house and crown senators who play ball.

Look what Turtle did in the GA senate elections and how he withheld funds for certain MAGA candidates in house races.

They know the exact balance of power they need and how to manipulate the seats to keep it.

It’s the exact reason they will not pass the Save America Act.

Obamacare, the most damaging legislation impacting our nation in our nations history, passed with less than 60 votes.

The other Party seems to get legislation passed with little difficulty. The R Party hates Trump, hates what he stands for, and hates his supporters and what they stand for. The only difference between D and R Congress is the Ds want me to die, and the Rs want me to shut up and vote for them so they can stay in office stealing money.

The GOPe's favorite title is 'Minority Leader'

They're trying to wait until the Mid-Terms and then fund raise of "Trump's Legacy"

Conservatives are incapable of actually governing. They just want to get their sound bites and be able to claim some moral high ground. Thats about it.
