Their remakes are nearly flawless lol, this had nothing to do with the quality of their games. Sony cancelled the GOW live service project they were working on and they never got anything else off the ground

Well then whoever internally at Playstation championed acquiring this studio should also be let go, but we know how these things tend to work.

Yep.
Sony screwed this up. Aquiring a studio that makes great remakes then having them try to make a live service game doesnt make sense

Yep, there are several games from PS2 and PS3 era that are stuck on those platforms. Why couldn't Bluepoint remake those as well?

While it is okay to shame Sony for this, trying to create original games is what Bluepoint wanted. Sony did not force this on them. The president of Bluepoint had said his goal was to make original games. They did not want to be a remake studio. It's just unfortunate.
