They have a new coach. They are in a division where all the other coaches have either coached in or won Super Bowls. Kyler Murray most likely won’t be there, so QB will be a question mark.

Are the Cards going to be in an impossible situation next season?

The answer, for the foreseeable future, is the Browns.

Then prob Raiders unless mendoza pans out

Then we can talk Cards

Cards are in the toughest division which really doesn't help them. Their draft and development is pretty mediocre in its results.

Jets, Raiders are a mess. Browns at least have a good defense.

Cards put up a lot of yards on almost everybody the last half of the season. They have a few good pieces to at least build around on offense, like Conner at RB, Wilson at WR (and Marvin Harrison Jr if he ever gets his head out of his arse,) and McBride is a solid TE.

No idea about their defense, but I don't think their uphill climb is worse overall than what Cleveland and Oakland are looking at.

I would think they'd be in the running, though once you're in company with the Browns, it doesn't really matter who's first.

Historically, it’s the Jets. The Cards have at least put up some decent seasons since the Jets last competed. The Cardinals could be mediocre in every department and still be head and shoulders above the Jets.

Jets and cards are in much worse positions. Miami is right there with Cleveland too.

You can put them in the same tier as the Raiders and Jets. They all need to worry about the climb to being average first

The strength of the division - as impressive as 5 of the last 8 NFC titles is - isn't why they went 3-14 last year

All three teams have terrible ownership.

Cardinals and Raiders have lower odds of failing up because of their divisions. Browns have Zac Taylor, Mike McCarthy, and a first time head coach as their opponents.

I don't think Aaron Glenn has a clue.

My dolphins say hello…

What to do with tua?

Way over the cap

New and unproven coach

Oh and no playoff wins since 2000 (I was in 10th grade)

I’m 41 married with 3 kids now.

I hate this team

The Dolphins are the most heartless organization in sports. If there's a game they just have to have to put them over the top - or a critical play within a game - you can bank on the fact they will fail to rise to the occasion.

its always the jets. Anyone ever believing in the Jets, Nets or Mets(and islanders to a lesser extent) is a fool, those teams are predestined to be losers. Them being shite is borderline institutional to the foundational fabric of NYC

Probably, no QB is a killer regardless of the rest and it's not like they have a ton of cap space either at 12th in the league. Do they just tank next year for the #1 pick or try and sign a Cousins type and pray they win 6-7 games for no reason?

Raiders are probably in the best spot for quickest turnaround with Mendoza + top coach this cycle and an offense that is already pretty loaded + 2nd most cap space.
