I love hot stuff. I really love hot stuff. I used to love hot wings...when they were $.10 apiece and HOT with some blue cheese on the side.

shite....now it's $20 for a 12 piece with names like Nuclear, Volcano, and Call Yo Mama and shits don't even tingle. Hot Sauce with black pepper and extra vinegar. Or they make it some inedible paste of cayenne and salt that NO ONE WANTS and call it SPICY.

How did we frick up wings and make them lame and gay?

Wings were simple. Cheap chicken wings + grease + spice + butter + blue cheese/ranch + (optional) celery + paper plate/ canoe = profit.

Now everything sucks.

Thanks for coming to my BoomerTalk.

Don't buy wings at Chili's, Applebee's and Wing Stop, then whine when you go back over and over? Seems like a you or your town problem if you can't find good wings.

Do those places even have wing? I thought they just served chicken nuggets. I'm sorry "boneless wings".

Listen fig, the hoodest places you can go to are the least spicy and they are all run by indians and their best seller is Lemon Pepper Mild with a 32 Oz KickaPoo punch.

But I do like the clam strip special from time to time.

Crazy rant but yeah I agree, wings definitely aren't as spicy and hot as they used to be...or I just burned off all my taste buds over the years. Not even sure.

Just make them at home. Cheaper, better, make the sauce as hot as you want.

You could start your own wing place.

I understand everyone likes different things, but I don't get people who like really hot.... as in spicy hot flavored food.

People think cajun food (off topic here) is spicy, but it is season's well, not really spicy hot.

Anyway, also don't get wing restaurants. I understand restaurants that serve wings, but all of these lame wing places sucks.

There's still some places that know how to make them. My go to here in Atlanta is Taco Mac.

But yes most of your chain fast casual places don't know how to make them because most of their patrons go for the honey BBQ or sweet and spicy Asian.

This. My wife buys the 10 lb. bag of frozen wings from Costco and it's one of the very few things she cooks and she's got it down pat.

Season the wings first, pop them in the air fryer until done and then she'll kick them up a bit more for herself with her version of sauce and I'll nuke them with ghost pepper hot sauce I make.

Do I have to explain the concept of a restaurant to you? Can you comprehend breakfast?
