Anyone here have the hardest time pooping?

I just got back from a long road trip and had to go number two when I got home.
It felt like I was pushing out a 8 lb. 6 oz. Baby Jesus, through my butt hole.
After several contractions and several grunts, it finally came out. Luckily, no one was home to hear my misery. Hopefully, I didn’t tear something back there.

Happened to me one time when I was hitting the protein powder and creatine hard. Was backed up for about four days and it came out the size of an ostrich egg with the consistency of a moon rock. Had to cut it up with the toilet brush

In seriousness, fiber my dude. Powder form, more leafy greens, doesn’t matter. Get it in however you can unless you want hemorrhoids.

Metimucil. I don’t feel like getting into my bowel habits here but after knee surgery recently I started taking this to offset constipation. I take it daily now and has been a game changer for me. And I only take about a third of the recommended daily amount.

Get you a stool stool. It elevates your feet such that the optimum position is achieved to poop.
