The totally redesigned 2027 Kia Telluride is out (they skipped 2026 altogether). It comes with a few matte color options, including a sharp Terrain Brown Matte. I saw it up close and personal and am intrigued. The whole vehicle is impressive. Wondering if matte is harder to keep clean.

Hate them.

Matte black is the worst.

That ugly brown clashes with jaxten’s soccer club uniform colors

It looks like a minivan, without the functionality of a minivan.

I’d think matte would be easier to keep clean. Matte gunmetal would look good

They are fine for other people... but not my choice.

I like it

I had hoped that Jeep would keep the matte khaki and olive drab colors but neither was available when I ordered in 2022, so I got white.

Simpler is better

looks great, imo. Don't care for the matte wraps, but a matte paint job looks pretty badass

It is difficult to get a shine on it.

Just get one the color of the dirt where you live, only need to wash it when you feel like getting the exercise.

Saw a car with matte gunmetal color in the showroom. I love the look.
But there were handprints on all of the touch points.

I like them. I also like the Nardo/cement, Brooklyn gray colors.

My wife calls those colors creamy but I also like the matte colors.

Whatever floats your boat.

From a practical standpoint….it’s supposed to be stupid expensive to get repaired. So I wouldn’t buy a car with it, at least until I could verify that stuff.

You do you. My personal preference? I’d never buy one.

Matte on vehicles looks unfinished to me, like someone went in for a paint job but couldn't afford the clearcoat.

Agreed. On a 2019 Altima, absolutely not.

On a 2026 AMG E63 wagon, yes.
