Dirk has the right answer. It is not a hard fix. Use Fernco adapters at each end. Make sure no bellies in the line when you re-lay it. I don’t think big box stores are carrying ABS anymore but SDR or PVC will work fine. Try to cut back roots with a reciprocating saw. Use latex gloves. Don’t slash ...
