Personally, I thought it was inevitable. He willingly participated in the assault on that church, which is obviously illegal.

But, for anybody here who sees it differently here's your chance to explain why you feel the way you do..

I think we should skip the arrest and go straight to an El Salvador deportation.

There ARE posters here that think old Don got a bad rap.

We shall see if they wish to enter the arena of ideas and support him.

SFP & 4Cubbies will be on here soon to claim it is his free speech to bust into a church & confront churchgoers during a service, this is a huge misunderstanding, & that Trump & his DOJ are racist.

It’s a fine line either way him being a “journalist “ He ultimately went outside that scope by entering and continuing to stay under the guise of journalism.. this was not public property, he was not invited and went in looking to incite for his own personal gain.

I wonder what mystery substance don will have squirted on him by a vicious, fat, maga assassin, wrapped in a Ukraine flag, with a family full of trans kids, to point how violent the right is ;)

I think that even a small semblance of journalism should give you protection under freedom of the press.

Lemon was snarkily instigating, but he was also clearly doing actual interviews that gave perspectives of both the church crashers and the church attendees. Thats "journalism" under any definition.

This will be justification to arrest people like James O'Keefe and Nick Shirley when the bad guys have power.

ETA: I support the arrest of everyone else who was arrested.

It’s a microcosm if the other Minnesota deaths. He was intentionally pushing the envelope trying to blur a fundamental right with a crime.

He knew what he was doing.

If they had gone to a mosque or synagogue and done this I’d suspect they would have been arrested.

It’s been fair game against Christians for a while.

And there was J6. Remember, Don is a podcaster live streaming for his podcast.

It’s interesting that you say his conduct was “obviously illegal” when a federal judge declined to approve the complaint. I don’t know if it was legal or illegal because I don’t know all the evidence yet. But I know it’s not as black and white as that.

If DOJ or really anyone remotely associated with this administration arrested someone for clubbing baby seals tomorrow

there are posters here who would immediately become pro baby seal clubbing and would defend said person here.

that's the only reason they need. TDS is a real and corrosive disease
