Isn’t it fascinating that immigration sentiment flipped in 1 short year

There will be case studies on how not to screw up this royally from a political standpoint.
The country voted for massive overhaul of the immigration system and all it took was a deep blue city like Minnesota quickly forming a para military insurgency and now suddenly the propaganda has shifted a 60/40 % issue in favor of Republicans into a 40/60% issue.
This country is finished, only a matter of time.

Don’t believe the polls. I voted for mass deportation. If Trump and the Republican Party bend the knee, I’m done. And I’m not alone.

I knew the media would do this and people would freak out.
Trump admin needs to just keep going.
And the next Democrat to run for president will not be calling to abolish ICE. So that really tells you the whole story.

Based on polls? You can’t trust the media.

They’ve have multiple polls showing Americans are still in favor of deportations of illegals. It has slipped a bit overall, but the desire to deport criminal illegals is as high as ever. This continues to be my primary desire as well. A lot of others will self deport if we cut off the freebies.

This thread is going as well for you as the AFC Championship Game.

Most people don't have a political philosophy to base a decision on.
They just go with the last thing they heard on TV and that is their momentary position. It could flip the next day depending on what station they are watching.

They literally just released polls showing 52% support what Trump is doing with around 42% opposing.

Nothing changed. The media still hates Trump. Most of the country still thinks immigration is a problem.

Television is a very, very powerful tool.
