That was a walk in the park for him compared to El Cap. I'd imagine it was incredibly boring for him

To get down from the top of the spire, to take the elevator back down to ground level. This was a climb, not a climb-and-descent.

Just watching that video makes my knees weak. I watched the documentary of him climbing El Capitan. It is fascinating to me and so freaking scary.

His mental circuitry is just different.

Nothing but respect for Alex. Kinda like alligator rasslin', there are no just ok-to-average extreme free climbers.

Did y'all see at like 1:17 he goes to take a step back and just for a millisecond looks like he almost trips? I have an unnatural fear of heights and I just can't wrap my brain around what he does
