People who are miffed at the existence of a game (Pickleball) are so odd
It's like being mad at people who walk for exercise because they don't run.
I get it if they're taking up the tennis courts from you, but I don't think that's the usual gripe.

I dont know what the other stuff is but pickleball is a lot of fun and a good way to stay active. Don’t understand the hate it gets

I think Padel has been around for a long time. I was mentioning Pickleball to coworkers in Middle East a few years ago and they hadn’t heard of it but said they grew up playing Padel.
I initially thought it was two names for same game but learned later that wasn’t the case.

I will say this about Drew Brees, he might need to take some investment lessons from someone like Shaq. Dude has been a part of some questionable investments.

If Brees is invested in it it’s destined to fail.

Pickleball has been around since the late 60s. I saw some people playing it back in the mid 80s and wondered what the hell they were doing.

One of the problems with pickleball is that the older ladies in our group always gripe that the ball hurts when it hits them. I can see the foam ball in Typti being more attractive for them that way they don't have to complain when I smash it in their face at the net.
