This past week has shown a very fractured Bills organization. McDermott rightly calls out roster deficiencies weeks before the playoffs to the managers and it gets leaked that they were pissed about it.

Then you have the owner pointing to Keon Coleman being Sean's staff making the pick.

Why should a MVP qb put up with this shite?

Lot of whispers that Josh was Team Brandon Beane and that was part of the decision to fire McDermott.

Yes, they should swap QBs with Houston.

Very doubtful he will. He doesn’t appear to be cut from that cloth.

Also, while the dude might be my favorite player these days to watch, he’s the one who turned the ball over four times. That was his game to win.

Bills should trade Allen to the Jags for Lawrence.

Why would you want to leave an owner like this?

Pegula said that Allen wasn’t asked and had no input on the decision to fire McDermott

Actually this whole press conference is pretty wild.

He’s been officiating Bills takes on here with a heightened sense of fervor, even by his lofty standards, since Saturday afternoon.

This would be the strangest time to do it. For years, Allen has played perfectly and been shut out of competing for a Super Bowl by his defense. This one year he plays like shite and loses the game with the turnovers while his defense plays good enough to win finally.

Apparently he asked to be traded to the bengals so he could have an elite supporting cast

Gave up 33 pts to Denver- one of their highest point totals of the season

Defense had lead with 3 minutes left and allowed another weak 73 yard drive for Denver to take the lead under a minute

The fact that’s Allen’s best defensive support in the playoffs is telling

An Allen/Burrow swap might would be enough to break this board

The press conference was absolutely embarrassing. 'I could be wrong' from the owner is never what you want to hear. NFL has proven to me that even if you have a generational QB, you can still not win the SB if the ownerships is total arse. It's insane that Burrow almost got it done, despite the Bengals ownership problems.

They are out there

Very well known McDermott wanted majority of focus to be on run game and lines on both sides (d line has been the worst in nfl at pressure which says something about McDermott there)

So that likely plays into Allen not getting much focus on getting an actual non dogshit WRs

I do think Allen loved McDermott personally through
