George’s is very good but that’s been mentioned a bunch already.
Cafe Americain has a very good classic club.
The Dough House (old Kolache Kitchen) on airline is also very good.
Ambrosia’s is good but it has added roast beef on it.

Brewbachers makes a solid one. My favorite is probably Louie’s, though.

But City Pork is outstanding as well. Their chicken is smoked and their ham is house cured.
