I think the list starts with Matt Millen but what others go on this list?
Potential:
Ryan Grigson-Colts
Mike Milbury-Islanders
Jim Wade Astros
Elgin Baylor-Clippers
Jim Paxon-Cavs
Wes Unseld-Bullets

How about your boy that made the Luka trade?

Nico Harrison & it’s not even close. The irony is he was doing a good job prior to concocting the worst trade ever in the history of the NBA.

Matt Millen easily. Worst record as GM in NFL history and oversaw a winless nfl team.

If Al Davis counts, then probably him. He was probably the only guy worse at drafting this century than Millen.
Raiders first round picks from 2000 - 2011 (the year Davis died)
K Sebastian Janikowski
CB Derek Gibson
LB Napoleon Harris
CB Nnamdi Asomugha
DE Tyler Brayton
OT Robert Gallery
CB Fabian Washington
DB Micahel Huff
QB Jamarcus Russell
RB Darren McFadden
WR Darrius Heyward-Bey
LB Rolando McClain
(Traded first for Richard Seymour)
Detroit first round picks 2001-2007 (Matt Millen years)
OT Jeff Backus
QB Joey Harrington
WR Charles Rogers
WR Roy Williams
RB Kevin Jones
WR Mike Williams
LB Ernie Sims
WR Calvin Johnson
definitely a few hits, but overall, they were dreadful considering where they picked every year.

I think Vlade Divac passing on Luka in the draft is worse than what Nico did.

Isiah Thomas with the Knicks. Could also throw in Phil Jackson’s time there as well.

Asked to admit his biggest mistake as an adult, Republican presidential candidate George W. Bush picked baseball, not politics.
"I signed off on that wonderful transaction: Sammy Sosa for Harold Baines," the Texas governor said Friday night.
He was General Managing partner for the Rangers.

What Bill O'Brien did in his stint with the Texans was criminal. The DeAndre Hopkins trade in itself should've had him fired immediately. He was 27 at the time and a three time all-pro. He got a washed up RB (David Johnson) and a second round pick, and to replace Hopkins, he took on a huge contract and gave up a second round pick for Brandin Cooks. He vastly overpaid for Laremy Tunsil, who was a solid left tackle but not worth two first round picks.
He achieved the rare feat of trading a solid player to avoid paying them and turned around and paid more for their shitty replacements.
He left the team in shambles and if it weren't for the dumbass Browns giving the Texans a kings ransom for Desean Watson two years later, they would still be in the weeds.
