What she is saying is very similar to how stalin explained starving Ukrainians to the Russian people. If they are starving it’s because they are not working hard enough to produce the amounts of food the motherlnd requires and because of this they are against the Soviet Union and are trying to cause the downfall of the empire. fricking Mormons!
If it seems confusing it very much is. It actually makes zero sense to be completely honest.
If you don’t produce enough it comes out of your end of the food.
