Shane Beamer is one of the true gentlemen left in the sport. I guarantee you he would give the other coach a courtesy notification. With that I’m not sure how often this truly happens as he alluded to.

Randell on YouTube says that Lane Kiffin is a filthy frick just like the Honey Badger and takes what he wants. Lane, just like the HB, doesn't give 2 shits about Shane Beamer or his feelings.

I doubt seriously this is the norm. Should be on the coach leaving or interviewing. Don't call out a HC interviewing people to fill a spot IMO.

I have really tried to like Beamer...hes in a tough situation. Great stadium, great fans, great environment. But the program can't get out of their own damn way.
And just about every time its mattered, this guy has gone full douche-mode.

Beamer is living off of his father’s legacy. If his last name was Johnson, he would have been fired before. Hes a terrible HC that knows his days are numbered. He just lost his best position coach and recruiter.
