2018 Toyota 4 Runner - 110K Miles - Service Recommended

So my Wife brought our 4 Runner in today (no issues) to the local dealership to have the 100K inspection/service performed (110K miles).
Of course, they hit her with a bunch of shite that I'm not sure is necessary or not. Any OT mechanics or otherwise willing to chime in as to if these are necessary or not?
We've had this vehicle since brand new and had zero issues thus far. This would purely be PM being performed. I hate this Service Center + commission model of these dealerships. I have no clue what's a real threat or not. It's a 4x4 but we've never taken it off-road if that helps. TIA!
"Service Transfer Case" - $400
"Clean your throttle Body" - $90
"Service your front Differential" - $200
"Clean your fuel injection system" - $150
"Service your transmission" - $340
"Change spark plugs" - $460

Find a local mechanic. Dealers are always going to want to do a bunch of preventative shite that’s expensive. My 2015 4Runner hasn’t had any of that shite done and it’s at 125k miles and better than ever.

You do have to remove the intake which takes about 30 seconds

I did think that one was pretty outrageous and something I can do on my own. That said, I usually make shite worse when I try to work on it. I could see my snapping a plug off or some shite.

Unless they'll reuse trans fluid and just replace the filter or, the trans has been previously serviced per OEM recs.

Also, 4 is questionable, assuming you've been running Chevron or Shell gasoline.
Running Chevron (any octane) guarantees no injector issues.

I wouldn’t do any of that…If I did, it damn share wouldn’t be at a dealership. A local garage thst you trust can do every bit of that at 1/3 the cost you have been quoted.

You need to find a reliable mechanic shop … usually an independent but it could be Firestone / GoodYear type place.
Repair shop at a dealership is a profit center … last resort.
Check your maintenance book and take it somewhere else.
TLDR: Oil change q 5,000 miles, tires rotate q 10,000 (a little late), Have one "extra" thing done each time (filter, A/C filter, wiper blades, etc.). Your 2018 4Runner could go another 90,000 miles.

Plugs would be the only thing I would consider if they are hard to reach. Front/rear diffs and transfer case can easily be done in an hour with minimal tools and know-how (Remember to loosen the fill plug first, 1/4” clear tube helps with the front fill)
I drive an old Toyota 100-series. “Toyotas run forever” is mostly true but a not insignificant amount of maintenance is required. A lot of other cars will be landfill before you need to service certain items.

3.5 hours labor to change spark plugs seams steep. I could do that in under an hour.

I'm about to hit 300k on my 2015 4runner and other than a battery that died I don't think I've done much other than oil changes.
How long do I have to wait until Armageddon for not doing those other things?
My son used to work for the VW dealership and they incentived him to find stuff. He told me one lady brought in her VW and he made a huge list including AC buttons in the car that were showing signs of wear that VW wanted like $200 each to fix and the lady didn't bat an eye and had them do like $4k of service for a car that was maybe 3 years old.

The real question is $1640 worth it to not have your wife in your ear about it and constantly worried it's somehow going to breakdown.
I usually go to my local oil change place and they can perform those tasks for a little less.
