It's worse, but reminds me a little of Aaron Brooks' motion. It's not bring it back and throw. It's a long continuous circle.

That’s horrific throwing mechanics. Not only is his throwing motion trash, his footwork is arse too. Throwing off your back foot is always a recipe for disaster

Why quarterback coaches don't study and teach Marino's throwing motion is beyond me. It's quick, compact, and utilizes body torque as well as anyone ever has.
But Kerry Collins somehow made a living playing quarterback, so I know nothing.

Found this video of all of his pass attempts from the spring game. His first two passes were accurate, but then after he was all over the place. Shame. According the Michigan fans he's a high character kid and he appears to have a strong arm and throws a pretty spiral, but unless he fixes those mechanics none of that will matter.
