President Trump and the White House announced that California is under criminal investigation for mail-in ballot fraud.
The pattern was identified by Kamala winning by 3.1 million votes and California removing 3.1 million voters.
Gavin then used the same method in Prop 50.
APPLICABLE FEDERAL STATUTES:
1. 52 U.S.C. § 20511 – Criminal Penalties Under the National Voter Registration Act
2. 18 U.S.C. § 371 – Conspiracy to Defraud the United States
3. 18 U.S.C. § 242 – Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law
4. 18 U.S.C. § 1001 – False Statements

They’ll just refuse to cooperate and nothing will happen

I want to be excited... reality and time have tempered my expectations, though.

By Lefty decree, an investigation is proof of guilt.

Gavin will try to be an alpha, but then nothing will happen. So, he wins. fricking asinine.

Keep getting excited and then disappointed because the DOJ is incompetent and reaching for a win

Who is coming to save you? The FBI? The DOJ? The same people in 2020 after election night? The ones on 1/6?
We knew Trump won California when the streets of Los Angeles were lined with Trump supporters in 2020. We have known for 5 years now. What's different this time? Nothing.
Enough with the mental masturbation from these X account dopamine circle jerks.
This is not new information. But if it helps you sleep tonight...

Enough GOP members will vote with the Dems to kill anything to uncover it.

Just to clear up a few things
1. It's Los Angeles County, not California
2. It looks like they are focusing on 269 votes
3. They have one potentially strong example, but are using 269 out of 860,000 votes to declare intention (which is a stretch as its about 0.031% per my napkin math, which their math confirms). I imagine the 268 other cases will be the focus of the investigation.
4. They may be baiting and switching that 0.031% of total potential fraudulent votes and then using data for non-citizen voting rates. They did not give citations for their claims.
Oh yeah, and this isn't an investigation. This is a request from an online content creator TO investigate.

Democrats cheating is a given. They are morally bankrupt humans

I’m on the edge of my seat waiting to read the strongly worded memo.

You got me all excited - but this example is for only one voter (did I misread that)
Are there 3.1 million of those? they are challenging individual votes?
OR - does this one instance demonstrate a chargeable misconduct that can be applied across the whole voter base?
Want something done, but I would not expect California to be the test case.
