These stories are all over they just only make headlines if the powers that be want them in the media or in cases like Moore and Petrino the issue is forced
Lots of crazy behind the scenes with sark. According to Texas fans a rehab stint during spring practices this year, sleeping with staffers and players family members, ex wife sleeping with former players and more
The Moore stuff isn’t any different it just became widespread public knowledge after being forced into the light

Former USC QB Max Browne talked about how this reminded him of what he went through at USC. Everyone in USC knew about Sark's issues before they fired him. His opinion is that there's really no incentive for people in the program to out the HC because everyone's futures are tied together with his.
If one coach or staffer speaks up, then they're going to get replaced along with the HC. In most instances, the entire football org is replaced when the HC is replaced. And even the AD is going to look bad because that's his choice, so everyone in the program is more or less on an island with the HC when these scandals take place.
