I don’t know about Somali, but Senegalese and Ethiopian food are both pretty good eating.

I dined at one of these African restaurants in NYC years ago, and it was a memorable experience—though not in a good way. They served the food on metal trash can lids instead of plates, and honestly, the food was just as unappetizing as the presentation. Also no tableware was provided. You ate food with your hands. I have to say, I am not a fan of African cuisine.
