Yeah if a respectable coach was asked to do that he stands next to player and puts up an L. That is the cringest thing I have ever seen and I dont even use that word but no other nice word describes that scene.

Sadly I think that’s when he was actually trying to be the evolved Kelly that was going to actively recruit

Damn. I don't remember it being that bad.

The entire speech was a fake accent. I remembered it being a couple of words.

I hope Lane tweets a photo of 360° camera and makes fun of BK again in the process.

When he was hired, I remember thinking that it is going to be refreshing to actually have an intelligent articulate guy, and even when I first saw that, I sort of looked past it.

In retrospect, it pretty much perfectly encapsulated what a dufus he turned out to be. In many ways, he turned out to be worse than Les in that regard.

the two things that told me were
1 - when he faked that accent
2 - when he made that video dancing with a recruit

Lane will be at the next LSU home basketball game. Let's see what he says.

When he dismissed the majority of O's Staff, brought in his fakes, then we lost the Fla State game, as a direct result of his fake Knowledge.

O had the best, most consistent, special teams that I had seen at LSU. Kelly's replacements cost us immediately and never stopped.

The video of him dancing with the recruit and the fake accent were downright embarrassing, I was embarrassed as an LSU fan watching him, I was also embarrasses for him, it was awful.

But you have to hand it to Brian, he did not stop there, he continued to produce cringeworthy moments throughout his short and unsuccessful tenure at LSU.

The clips of him berating coaches, the worst being the special teams coach during the A&M game when he clearly told him “you know this will cost you your job…” Which is cringeworthy because Brian never accepted personal responsibility and that game ended up costing Brian his job.

Also, slamming his fist on tables in post game pressers like a wannabe tough guy; and berating Cauble like a spoiled brat for asking a reasonable question.

What a loathsome individual, it’s painful to see someone like that get paid big bucks but that’s the world we live in.

I think NIL broke BK like most older coaches. And he just silent quit as the young bucks would say. EXTREMELY lazy on the recruiting and the portal trail. Basically everyone underneath him did the heavy lifting. He was nothing but a figurehead by the end.

I wonder if how much he got clowned for those videos is part of what made him check out. He finally tries (poorly) to be a likable exciting coach but just ends up getting mocked for it. Would probably put a dent in most people’s self esteem

Think about how many successful people you know who are ever anything but their authentic selves at pretty much all times.

I have a hard time thinking of anyone.
